EDIT: so i gave up and just rebooted my laptop to its factory default settings. tablet works fine now, but finding a working version of photoshop was a pain though, cracking aint what it used to be.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As if my day wasnt being shitty enough already, fucking tablet goes and starts fucking around
well, technically, it started sorta fucking around yesterday but today it just escalated into full-blown uselessness
so long story short, i keep getting a "tablet program not working and shut down" or something every time the computer starts up and/or i plug the fucking thing in, and when i try to access the tablet properties, whether by going on the control panel or directly through the bamboo dock program interface thingy, i get an error telling me to either reboot or re-install the drivers. which i did, multiple times, installing, uninstalling, re-installing and every combination of the aforementioned with all the recommended latest drivers straight from their website.
i would just restore the system like i do every time the comp starts pulling this sort of shit but just my luck the last available restore point is yesterday evening just when it started fucking up
so, if by any freak stroke of luck anyone has any help to offer i'd be mad appreciated. things to take into account:
-tablet is a wacom bamboo
-i'm on windows vista home premium, sp2
-ive already tried installing, uninstalling and reinstalling a bunch of the latest drivers
-tried deleting any tablet entry on windows/programs/tablet as well on the device manager in the control panel
